- wheat flour – 35 g;

How to cook with photos step by step




Finely chop the onion head. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the celery stalks and greens into small cubes.





Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices across the grain.





Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth and cut into thin slices.







In a frying pan, heat 1.5 tablespoons of refined, odorless vegetable oil. First fry the onion, then add the carrots and celery. After 5 minutes, add the chicken fillet, fry for 3-4 minutes, then add the mushrooms.





Simmer everything together over moderate heat for 6-7 minutes, add wheat flour, stir.





Pour chicken broth into the pan, add sour cream, and salt to taste. Add spices - curry seasoning for chicken, chopped hot chili pepper into rings. Boil the sauce for about 5 minutes.







We take ready-made puff pastries and set one aside for decoration. Place the crust on a plate or board and spread the sauce with chicken and mushrooms on top.

  • ½ boiled chicken breast

  • 200 g frozen champignons

  • 1 large carrot

  • 0.5 cups chicken broth
