Adding colors. The belly is light yellow, the wings are brighter, the legs and beak are pink.

The picture is more complicated

Having mastered the simple version, you can learn how to draw a chicken step by step. You will need yellow for the body, black for the eyes and red for the nose.

Warp. First we draw a circle. Just above the center we draw a curve ending in short broken lines (this is the tail). We make another concave semicircle with reverse side. We wipe away everything unnecessary.

Let's take care of the muzzle. Add an acute angle to the small semicircle on the outside. At a short distance from it (inside the large semicircle) we inscribe a small ellipse.

We continue to detail. Inside the small ellipse we place three dots, and in the upper part we draw another curve (this is the eyelid).

Inside the semicircle we draw a broken line (these are wings). Now let's add legs at the bottom of the figure. These are two closely spaced parallel straight lines and three more thin ones at the bottom.

We outline everything with a thick pencil.

Now you understand how easy it is to draw a chicken. You can try sketching a touching bird with sad eyes on paper. This bird consists mainly of circles, so even a child can cope with the task.

We draw two small circles and shade them almost entirely, leaving two light spots.

Head. We draw an elongated ellipse around these balls, leaving a gap at the top. There we add the crest. Below the eye we draw a triangle (this is the nose).

Body. It's easy to draw. It is a square with rounded edges. Inside we fit two elongated semicircles (these are wings) without the upper part. Below are two more semicircles (these are paws).

Adding colors. The body and head are yellow. The nose is red. We outline everything with a thick felt-tip pen.

With egg

Now let's figure out how to draw a chicken for a child. And not a simple one, but one that has barely hatched from an egg.

Warp. Draw an unfinished semicircle (the same as in the first instructions). We finish it with a broken line (this will be the tail). We leave a hole in the front part.

Let's go into detail. We insert a triangle (beak) into the hole, a small ball of an eye at a short distance (inside), draw a broken straight line in the center (this will be a wing). At the bottom we add thin legs.

Painting over the feathered yellow. Make the eye half black. Make the nose red. Everything is outlined with a black felt-tip pen. We make the legs brown. Everything is almost ready.

Let's complete the rest of the details. First of all, there is a broken line at the bottom. This is grass, so we immediately draw it green. We depict the egg in the form of a semicircle, but its upper part is also made in the shape of a broken line. Trace it thickly with a felt-tip pen.
