Ukrainian TV presenter Regina Todorenko told the Starhit portal for the first time about leaving the popular show Eagle and Tails, where she worked for four years.

Todorenko officially announced that she was leaving the program at the end of November 2017. According to the presenter, despite the fact that many consider her career a dream - “traveling around the world at someone else’s expense, seeing strange places and commenting on what is happening,” there is a limit to everything.

"Traveling, of course, is wonderful, but the format of these particular trips was no longer to my liking. This happens to everyone: waking up early in the morning, dealing with traffic jams, working in the office for ten hours becomes a burden, I need a reboot. My time has come - I need to rest , reformat your “disk”, upgrade your knowledge,” she admitted.

“To be honest, the desire to jump off appeared even before the trip around the world. I talked with the general producer of the show, Elena Sinelnikova, about how they needed to hire someone new, a fresh head. During my work, I had the opportunity to see, try, experience a lot of things. I was fed up with what the emotions in the frame were no longer the same. I didn’t want to become insipid and boring to the viewer. But Lena believed in my strength. Plus, she was encouraged to agree to the trip by the opportunity to get into the Guinness Book of Records in Ukraine as the first female TV traveler to complete a continuous round-the-world adventure. at nine months they went great,” recalls Todorenko.

“Upon my return, my parents and friends began to say that I had lost my spark. And they turned out to be one hundred percent right. “By nature, I’m a mega-positive person, but then I just turned into a big ball of evil. I stopped loving people, became asocial. But I had to communicate because it’s my direct responsibility. I went through that period painfully. A protracted depression began. It really went crazy, even I dyed my hair red. It’s strange that I didn’t shave my head at all. When I returned home one evening, I realized that I wasn’t happy with this state. I packed my things and rushed to Bali to regain my strength and put my brain back in place. And I flew to complete strangers. people, but after the holiday I found faithful comrades,” the publication’s interlocutor said.

Now the girl is studying in Los Angeles, her specialty is called film making. She plans to create her own project. The star also plays in the theater, where she met a new love in the person of a famous singer.

Somehow not a day goes by without a scandal. Naturally, Regina’s revelations did not go unnoticed by the project’s general producer Natella Krapivina, who had already threatened the presenter with sanctions:

“To put it mildly, I was surprised at how easily Todorenko misled a huge number of fans of our program, who for more than seven years has been telling absolutely honestly and reliably about how you can spend a weekend with different budgets,” Natella was indignant. - For me, as the general producer of the project, it has always been fundamentally important to comply with the idea. A gold card is not a symbol, it is real money that producers manage in unlimited quantities within the program. The only condition is that it must be within the genre and not contradict moral and ethical standards. In the entire history of our travel show, we have never cut the budget or pushed ourselves into limits. Of course, we cannot spend more over the weekend than is physically possible, and this is perhaps the only limitation. But the fact that Ms. Todorenko allows herself such, essentially false, comments is a matter of her incompetence and lack of involvement in the project. She is not the organizer of the filming process, she is not the producer of the show, and therefore does not have real information. Why does she need this? Perhaps for personal PR purposes. For such unacceptable statements, Regina will be fined and possibly fired at the end of the season.”

As journalists found out, Regina faces a fine of two million rubles.

— I believe that I grew up within the framework of this project. “Heads and Tails” gave me a lot for the development of my own self, for personal growth. A person who travels always learns something. As they say, we will never return from a trip the same. Moreover, the program is entertaining and educational; we are always trying to find interesting historical facts, which the children then use in geography lessons. I know that in many cities they watch “Tails” in history and geography lessons. It's very flattering. There are places to travel. Let's say I've never been to Seoul, New York, Sri Lanka, or Bangkok. I still have a lot to explore. For me, yes, but there are few places left to explore within the project.

— Some get a vacation, and some don’t. The team is already preparing for the next season, and I will study and launch new projects.
