Making a box with a double bottom for a toy with a “dowry”. How to do simple tricks with scarves and cord Double wall magic box

24.06.2019

This trick was first prepared and demonstrated by us in 1928. Props for it are quite easy to make. All you need is tin, wire, cardboard and calico. The trick is always easy to vary. You can, for example, perform only the disappearance of objects placed in a box and the appearance of a cell. You can also expand the show by demonstrating “The Flight of a Cage with a Bird,” where the show is performed on two tables at the same time and with two devices. This undoubtedly makes a greater impression on the audience. The structure of the box, in which various things are placed, allows the illusionist to present the act according to his taste and desire.

External effect. There is a small beautiful box made of polished wood on the table. The magician opens the lid and shows that it is empty (Fig. 103, A). Taking various things: ribbons, scarves, etc., he puts them in a box. He takes the box in his hands and shows the audience that it is filled to the brim with various things. Then he puts the box on the table in the same place where it stood and, opening the lid, takes out a cage with a bird from the box, and the cage is of such a size that it occupies the entire box (Fig. 103, B). The magician shows the cage with the bird to the audience.

Props. Box with secret device.

Cage with sliding bottom and bird.

The secret of the trick lies in the design of the box and the sliding bottom of the cage. The box is made of hard, durable cardboard and is lined with calico inside. It is equipped with two doors, and inside there is a second box with double walls.

In Fig. 104, And the box is shown in section in the position in which various things are placed in it. Here 1 is the outer four walls of the box; 2 - doors, upper and lower; 3 - sectional view of a cage with a sliding bottom; 4 - inner box in which various things are placed; 5 - folding wire cage handle, it is placed on the cage above the bird (see Fig. 104, A). As can be seen from the picture, the outer box is in such a position that the inner one - 4 - is open, and you can put any things in it. The cell charged in the box is located below, between the double walls of the outer box 1 and the inner 4. If you now close box A with lid 2, turn it upside down and open the second lid 2 (see Fig. 104, B), then the cell can be easily removed by the handle from the box. The sliding bottom on which the bird sits, under the influence of its own gravity and the weight of the bird, will sink down to the curved corners of the cage and become its normal bottom.

The cage is made of tin corners soldered together and wire rods 1 mm thick soldered to them. A wire handle is attached to the top of the cage on rings, which can be folded. The bottom of the cage, made of sheet metal, must fit exactly inside the cage. Rings are soldered to the bottom, loosely wrapped around four corner wires, which are closest to the tin squares. These rings allow the bottom to easily slide up and down the wires. When the cage is completely removed from the box, the sliding bottom falls down with the bird, and the audience does not have any suspicion. To make the bottom heavier and sink better, you can attach a small weight made of tin or lead to it.

We do not give the dimensions of the cage and box: they are determined by the performer himself and are directly dependent on the size of the bird.

Show. Behind the scenes, the bird is loaded into the cage in advance (for this there is a small door in the ceiling of the cage). The box is placed in the position shown in Fig. 104, B, and the cage is carefully lowered down between the walls of the box. The bottom of the cage will lie motionless on the bottom of box 4.

As soon as the entire cage enters the box, close lid 2 tightly and, turning the box over, place it with the cage down, as shown in Fig. 104, A. In this position, the box is placed on the table and taken out onto the stage. During the demonstration of the act, open lid 2 (on the side where box 4 is) and put things there. Then close the lid, after showing the things in the box to the audience. At the moment when the box is placed on the table, it is discreetly turned over so that the lid where the cage is inserted is at the top. They open the lid, take out the cage with the bird and show it to the audience.

The box is painted to resemble laminated wood, and the lids are sealed flush. Don't forget to make marks on any of the lids so you don't mix them up. Both covers are also painted exactly the same. The box covered with calico is primed inside and outside, inner part they are painted with matte black paint, and on the outside, as was said, they make an imitation of layered wood.

When performing the trick “Flying a Cage with a Bird,” the demonstration of the act takes place on two tables. On the right they place a box with a charged cell in it, lid down; The top cover of box 4 is placed up and opened. The show starts from the right table. Next to the box they place all the things that will later be put in the box.

On the left table they place a box with 4 loaded inside the room, exactly the same things that are on the right table. The box is placed with things down, and the cage room is facing up with the open lid. Nearby on the table there is a cage with a bird.

The magician, showing various things on the right table, puts them in the box, closes the box and, quietly turning it over, puts the lid up and the things down. Approaching the left table, he takes the box in his hand and drops the cage with the bird into it. Having closed the lid, he quietly turns the box over, placing it with the lid up and the cage down. The performer reminds the audience that on the right are things and on the left is a cage. Makes passes and opens the left box. It contains things that were placed in the right box in plain sight. Then he opens the right box and from it takes out a cage with a bird, which he shows to the public.

Disappeared beads
A magician with an assistant is on stage. He takes the beads from her neck and puts them in the net. Then he turns out the net, and everyone sees that it is empty. The magician approaches the assistant again, turns her over his left shoulder, and when she again faces the audience, she is wearing beads again. Where did the beads disappear to?

It turns out that the assistant is wearing two pairs of beads. An elastic band is sewn to one strand of beads, which allows you to pull them under the apron. The elastic band is secured at the top under the collar of the dress. When the beads are pulled back, they are secured to a button that is sewn onto the dress under the apron. Turning around, the assistant quietly releases the string of beads from the button. This is how they appear on the neck. And the first string of beads remains in the net.

How to guess the time
Make a large clock face and display it on stage. The arrows point to 12. The magician asks one of the spectators to think of any hour. Then he takes a stick and begins to knock on the dial body, and then moves the small hand back an hour after each blow. The viewer, who has conceived an hour, must silently count the beats, each time adding one to the conceived hour, and at the count of 20, raise his hand. At the same moment, the magician shows the viewer the intended hour on the dial.

What is the secret of focus! When hitting with a wand, the magician also counts to himself, but starting from one. On the eighth strike, he points to the number 12, and with each subsequent strike he moves the small hand back an hour. The number on the dial where the hand appears when the viewer raises his hand is the intended hour. It is easy to check that the hour conceived by the spectator (x) and the number counted by the magician after touching the number 12 (k) will always add up to 13. The first seven blows serve only to distract the attention of the spectators (x + k + 7 = 20) .

How to guess a birthday
“Do you want,” says the magician addressing the audience, “to find out the birthday of any spectator?” Then let one of you come up here on stage. Please multiply by 2 the number when you were born. Add 5 to the result, and multiply this amount by 50. Now add serial number the month you were born and give the resulting number. And the magician immediately says the day and month of birth.

How will he know this? From the number that the spectator named, you need to subtract 250. You will get a three-digit or four-digit number. The first one or two digits are the birthday, the last two are the month.

Disappeared cells
The assistant holds a tray on which stands a cage with a bird. I show the audience the scarf on both sides and cover the cage with it. Then I take the cage from the tray, and the assistant with the tray goes backstage. I throw the handkerchief up. Where did the cell disappear to?

Let's prepare the props together. Cut a square with sides of 40 cm from five-millimeter plywood. Paint it and cover it with colorless varnish. Now the tray is ready. The cage should be half the size of the tray, and its height should be about 20 cm. Attach metal corners to each corner of the cage. Place the cage exactly in the middle of the tray. Drill the corners along with the tray. Take four bolts and nuts and use them to secure the cage to the tray. Now sew a double scarf, the dimensions of which are 60x60 cm. Sew a wire in the middle of the scarf, its dimensions exactly the same as the upper part of the cage. Let's do the trick first. The assistant holds a tray with a cage. Cover the cage with a scarf and pretend to use both hands to remove the cage from the tray. At this moment, the assistant quietly turns the tray on its side. The audience, of course, sees the bottom of the tray. The assistant with the tray goes off stage, and you show the audience an empty scarf.

Turning confetti into water
On the table there is a box with multi-colored confetti and two cups. The magician takes confetti from the box and pours it into a cup. Having filled it to the top, he pours the confetti back into the box. Repeats this several times. Having filled in once again cup, covers it with a handkerchief. He pulls off the handkerchief and throws it on the table - there is not confetti in the cup, but water. The magician pours it into another cup.

The secret of focus. The box has a double bottom, and its back wall consists of two halves. The lower half moves freely in the side grooves, providing access to a secret compartment. There the magician places in advance another cup filled with water and closed with a special lid. The lid is made like this. Four tin legs, curved to the shape of a pile of confetti, are movably attached to the wire ring. Movable fasteners are needed so that the legs fold and do not stick out when the lid is lifted along with the scarf. A small tin cross with a nail soldered to it - the tip pointing up - is attached to the ring. All this is covered with a piece of satin fabric with confetti sewn on it. The legs, equipped with special protrusions, are installed on the edges of the cup, and it seems that the cup is filled with confetti. The magician, imperceptibly lifting the movable part of the back wall of the box, replaces the cup, covers it with a scarf so that the nail pierces the fabric of the scarf, then takes the nail and pulls off the secret lid along with the scarf. The audience sees that the confetti has disappeared and the cup is filled with water.

Cubes from a cap
On the demonstration table there are four identical caps and two multi-colored cubes. Hand over two caps to the spectators for inspection. When they are returned, hand them over to auditorium two cubes. Ask someone in the audience to put them in one of the caps that you are holding in your hands. Now connect the caps with the bases. Two quick swings of your arms from top to bottom, remove one of the caps and show the audience: there are no longer two cubes, but six.

Want to know where they came from? Let's prepare the props. Make the caps from thick paper. Paint them with bright colors. The pattern should be the same for everyone. Now make six bright cubes - three of one color and three of another color. Set aside two multi-colored cubes, carefully glue the remaining four inside one of the caps. When the glue dries, you can show the trick. When you go on stage, you hold the caps in your palm, nested one inside the other, base down. In this position, place them on the table. Place two cubes side by side. Be sure to remember where the cap with the glued cubes is located. Spectators look at the cubes, and you take the cap with the secret cubes with your right hand - you need to hold it with the base down, and with your left hand - hold it with the base up. You ask the spectators to put two cubes in the cap that you hold in your left hand. Having connected the caps with the bases, you make two quick swings, turn the caps over so that the one with the secret cubes is on the bottom. Now remove the top cap. The other contains six cubes.

Doll out of the box
The magician shows a rectangular box without a bottom or a lid and puts his hand through it so that the audience is convinced that it is empty. He places the box on the table, covers it with a sheet of paper and puts a metal rectangular hoop on top. Turning the box over, performs the same operation on its other side. Then the magician tears through the paper and... takes out the doll from the box. He breaks through the paper on the other side and shows that the box is empty.

The secret of the trick is in the box itself. It is made of tin or plywood. Inside it there is a valve made of the same material, hingedly attached with its lower side to its edge. The flap is slightly smaller than the side wall of the box so that it can move freely. The bottom is attached to its upper edge. It is made from a piece of canvas equal in width to the width of the box. The second edge of the bottom is attached to its upper side. IN sides Piano loops are sewn into the bottom, with their help it folds inward and does not bend outward. The valve, bottom and inner walls of the box are painted black. When the magician shows a supposedly empty box, the doll is between the valve and the wall. To prevent the doll from falling out, you need to press the valve against the wall with your left hand, and right hand push through the box. The doll should take up as little space as possible, so it is better to make it from foam rubber. After the magician, having broken through the paper, takes out the doll, he presses the valve close to the wall, and the audience does not see him.

Inexhaustible box
The performer takes out a small box, places it on the table, tips it over and opens the lid. The audience sees that the box is empty. Then the magician closes the lid and turns the box over to its original position. Having opened the lid, the performer takes out a variety of different things from the box.

The secret lies in the unusual design of the box. Instead of a simple bottom, it has a swinging bottom-wall. The picture on the left shows the box at the moment when the magician shows that it is empty. The picture on the right shows the box at the same moment, but only from the magician's side. Spectators mistake the wall for the bottom of the box, while the bottom remains behind the box, since the wall - the bottom is hingedly attached to the box. So that this trick can be demonstrated several times, it is necessary to prepare in advance a table on which the box will stand. A small shelf is attached to the back of the table on which things are placed. Each time the magician shows the audience that the box is empty, for which he turns it forward, while at the same time he puts things from the shelf on the bottom of the box.

Tray through a glass
The magician shows the audience an empty glass in which he places a blue scarf made of thin fabric. Cover the glass with a thick, opaque red scarf and pull a medical rubber band over the glass covered with the scarf. With his right hand, the magician takes out a blue one from under the red scarf. Then he takes off the red handkerchief along with the rubber band from the glass and shows the audience a completely intact, but now empty glass.

The secret of focus. The magician holds a glass with a blue handkerchief in his left hand. When with his right hand he covers the glass with a red scarf, then, unnoticed by the audience, under the cover of this scarf, he turns the glass upside down and pulls the rubber band onto the bottom of the glass. Spectators remain fully confident that the glass is closed. Then the magician pulls out a blue handkerchief, and when he removes the rubber band with the red handkerchief from the glass, he also imperceptibly turns the glass with his left hand to its normal position.

Stitched cubes
I show the audience three wooden cubes. Each cube has a small through hole. I take a box without a lid, which also has two holes - one on each side. I put all the cubes in the box. Viewers see that the holes of the box and the cubes match. I pull a string about 1 meter long through the box and cubes. I pull the lace several times with one hand or the other. Then I give the ends of the lace to one of the spectators, and I myself take out all three cubes from the box, which is still stitched through with lace.

Our props: three wooden painted cubes, with sides of 12 cm and a through hole in the middle. Its diameter is 1 cm. Make the box of such a size that the cubes can fit into it freely. Now the secret itself. Make a recess inside the box along the sides and bottom. Insert a strong thread into these grooves in advance. Lead its ends into the side holes of the box. One end of the thread ends in a loop. Now watch carefully. I put the cubes in a box. I take the lace and wrap one end of it in a loop. Pushing this end of the lace into the hole of the box, I imperceptibly drag the lace along the recess - first along one side, then along the bottom, and pull the end of the lace out of the hole on the opposite side. It will seem to viewers that the cubes and the box are stitched through with lace.

Cutting the rope
The performer takes a thin rope and folds it in half. He invites one of the spectators onto the stage and asks him to cut the rope. The magician ties the ends in a knot and winds the rope around left hand. Then he asks the spectator to grab the end of the rope and unwind it. And the audience sees that the rope is intact again.

The secret of the trick lies in the ability to fold the rope. Let's do a trick together. Take one end of the rope with your left hand between the middle and index fingers, and the second is between the index and thumb. With your right hand, take the middle of the rope and bring it to your left hand. Quickly and unnoticed by the audience, you pull out a part of the rope, the end of which is between your thumb and forefinger, and lift it slightly. Can you guess where the viewer cuts the rope? Meanwhile, you throw down the two ends of the whole rope, and tie the remaining piece with a knot. This is what you show to the audience. The audience sees that the rope is cut and tied in a knot. Then, when you wind the rope around your left hand, with your right hand you pull the knot off the rope and discreetly put it in your pocket. And the viewer unwinds a whole rope.

Show a rectangular box without a bottom or a lid. Pass your hand through it, thereby proving that it is completely empty (Fig. “a”). Having placed it on the table, take a sheet of paper, cover the box with it and put on a metal rectangular hoop on top, which will pull the paper tightly over the box. Then turn the box over, cover the other side with paper, putting on the second quadrangular hoop.

This way you will have a box covered with paper on both sides. Now tear through the paper on one side of the box - and a dove will fly out of it (Fig. “b”). Then tear through the paper on the other side and show that the box is empty and does not have any accessories.

The secret of the trick is in the box itself. When you show an “empty” box, the pigeon is not visible to the audience at that moment - it is located behind the folding flap, folded inward (the pigeon occupies spaces no more than 7 cm wide). At the moment of showing the “empty” box, you need to push your right hand into it from the side on which the bottom of the valve is located, and your left hand should press the valve up against the wall of the box so that the dove does not fly out.

After showing that the box is empty and removing your right hand from the box, place the box on the table with the flap up, which is held by your left hand. After covering the box with paper and releasing the flap, immediately place the hoop over the paper. Supporting the paper with your left hand so that the pigeon does not tear it, turn the box over and put the second hoop on it. Now all that remains is to lift the box, tear through the paper and release the dove.

It will turn out very impressive if, by covering the box with paper on both sides, you can quickly draw a flying dove on the paper with charcoal and only then, breaking through the paper, release the real bird.

Making a box is not very difficult. To do this you will need thick tin or thin plywood. Paint the inner walls with black paint, and paint the outer walls with enamel oil paints. The valve is also made of tin or plywood and painted black. Its size must match the dimensions of the wall to which it is adjacent.

The figure shows a diagram of a box with a valve that should move easily, without friction, from wall to wall. A bottom made of thick double fabric, painted black, is attached to the bottom of the valve. One side of it is attached to the bottom edge of the valve, and the other to the bottom side of the box. This bottom can be folded inward so that when the dove flies out, the box can be shown empty. You need to show it to the audience with the top edge of the flap, then it will not be noticeable behind the hoop.

Make loop plates inside the linen double bottom. With their help, it will be easy for you to fold the bottom in half with the fold inward. At the same time, they will not allow the bottom to sag downwards, which is very important for this trick. To prevent the valve from falling out, thin metal pins are soldered to its bottom edge, which can slide between two strips at the bottom edge of the box, guiding and limiting the movement of the valve.

I invite you to see how I make packaging for my toys.

This is one of many options. I make packaging for each toy individually, adapting to its style and character (and, of course, taking into account the customer’s wishes, if any)

This master class is only an idea and a set of techniques, and not a dogma. I take constructive criticism well.

So. Fabrice the bear has found his mother and is now going to live with her! And his journey home should be comfortable and safe. So, I decided to make this box:

The design of the box was formed in my head immediately, but I left the design, as always, for later. Whatever comes up during the process, so it will be.

It took me about an hour to make the box itself. If I had not been distracted, the box would have been ready much faster.

Shall we get started?

We will need the following materials:

1. Cardboard of a suitable size (thick). In this case, I used corrugated cardboard. I have several sheets of the same size (58 x 37.5 cm)

2. Ruler.

3. A utility knife and pliers to break off the dull tip.

4. Pencil.

5. Scissors.

6. Thin double-sided tape or glue suitable for gluing cardboard

7. And, in fact, the bear itself and its “dowry” for taking measurements.

Draw a grid on cardboard. The central rectangle is the bottom. I do not recommend that you immediately outline the sides of the same height. After bending the cardboard, the sides may be of different heights. It will be quite difficult to cut off a few millimeters. Trimming the sides only after bending the cardboard. The main thing is to position the bottom exactly in the center.

Now, using a utility knife and a ruler, cut off the resulting rectangles in the corners of the cardboard. Important! You need to cut on a surface that you won’t be damaged by a knife or that you don’t mind ruining.

We don’t throw away the trimmings! We use them.

We bend the cardboard along the marked lines along the perimeter of the bottom. Important! If you are using corrugated cardboard, then you need to draw a ruler along the fold line with a stationery knife, making a shallow cut. If you are working with regular cardboard, then push through these lines, for example, with the blunt side of a scissors blade. This is to ensure that the fold is smooth, clear, and neat.

After bending the sides, we adjust their height. I only trimmed the two short sides to the desired height. I lifted the bent sides all together (as if the box had been assembled) and marked the points of difference in height with a pencil.

Place double-sided tape on the corners:

Remove the protective film and glue the corners to the base of the box. Important! When gluing the corners to the sides, it is necessary that the box stands on the table bottom down. Then the corners will stick evenly. With one hand we hold the two sides connected, and with the other hand we apply the corner. Afterwards, be sure to firmly pinch the gluing areas with your fingers for better adhesion of the adhesive tape to the surface of the cardboard.

This is what you should get:

Then, take another similar sheet of cardboard and repeat the whole procedure!

You should end up with twins like this:

One part will be the bottom, the second will be the lid:

Of course, it would be possible to make the lid of the box thinner in height and the bottom of the box taller, but the size of the cardboard I had left me with no choice.

We cut out a rectangle from cardboard with the dimensions of the bottom of the box (- 1 mm on each side). It is necessary to take measurements according to inside bottom.

Having placed the object that needs to be secured on top of the cardboard (in this case, an easel), we use an awl to make holes through which we will pass the twine.

We thread string through the holes and tie the easel.

I secured the teddy bear beret by threading the twine with which the easel is tied into the “tail”.

I still need to secure my palette and brush. We place the palette and poke holes for the twine with an awl.

All together it looks like this:

We put a cardboard box with the teddy bear’s “dowry” attached to it.

Then cut out a rectangle from cardboard. Two sides are equal in length larger side boxes (- 1 mm on each side), and the other two sides are equal to the length of the smaller side of the box (- 1 mm on each side) + the height of the “dowry” that we need to “hide” (I got 4 cm from each of the two sides).

At the folds, we use an awl to make two holes for the twine, which we will then use to tie the toy.

And we insert the resulting structure into the bottom of the box, closing the “dowry”. This is the “second” bottom. The “second” bottom should fit tightly in the box, its legs resting against the cardboard with the “dowry”.

Now you need to increase the sides of the box on the inside. To do this, cut out two strips from cardboard. I made the width 4 cm. And the length of each strip is equal to the sum of the lengths of the two sides of the box, the larger one + the smaller one (-2 mm for each side).

Bend according to the lengths of the sides.

Apply double-sided tape to the top of the inner walls of the box.

Remove the protective film and glue the strips of cardboard.

And try on the box lid. The lid should fit tightly.

Here, the box is ready.

Now let's start with the design.

To make it comfortable for Fabrice to travel, I made a mattress from double-thread fabric and filled it with synthetic padding.

Cut out a piece of fabric equal to twice the area of the bottom of the box.

I decided to decorate the mattress with embroidery. I drew a suitable picture (I took it from the Internet) and sewed it with regular basting stitches.

Sew the fabric in half from the inside out. We leave one side unsewn for stuffing.

Turn it inside out. We cut the padding polyester to the size of the future mattress (you can, of course, stuff it with something else). And we stuff it. Sew the outside with a hidden seam. And voila! The mattress is ready!

Decorate the box lid.

On the lid I drew the same Eiffel Tower as on the mattress. I made a perforation with an awl and outlined it with pastels.

I pasted the printed “business cards” of my store (name and web address) on the front and sides. I glued pieces of cardboard. I tied the box with string and decorated it with a large button.

That's it! The bear is ready to go!

Thank you for your attention!

I hope my experience can be useful...)

Do you want to arrange for your guests unusual holiday, then learn a few simple tricks that are also accessible to children. Tricks are the eternal sorcery and secret of magic that always remains inaccessible to people. The tricks can be so complex, and the sleight of hand so refined, that the viewer cannot follow the magic that is happening. But, nevertheless, the trick is sleight of hand and nothing more, just a little more technique and preparation of props. There are several simple tricks that adults can learn for, and you can help children master such tricks. These tricks are performed by famous magicians and beginners, although they are simple, but to an uninformed person they will seem simply amazing. We do not advise the magician to stand too close to the viewer, but to make it not too bright, or to light candles.

Trick with scarves. It's on the table carton with lids on both sides, it can be square or round, but with a motley, uniform pattern. The magician removes the lid from the box and shows that it is empty. Then he ties it himself or asks the audience to do it, two scarves at the ends, you need to take the scarves bright color and better than contrasting.

Then the person puts scarves in the box for the trick and closes the lid, holds the box in his hands, showing - here I put the scarves in it, rotates it in front of the audience and subtly turns the box so that the bottom lid is on top. The magician places the box on the table and opens the lid. With a magical movement of his hand, he takes out the scarves, slowly pulling them out by the ends. The scarves are untied. Shows the box to the audience - it is empty.

What is the secret of focus? Everything is just a box-focus with double bottom. And the box has two lids, on both sides. Inside the box, a tab moves freely, dividing it into two parts. The black color of the tab creates the illusion of emptiness and depth of the box. One side of the box already contains untied scarves. And when manipulated, this part of the box ends up on top, and with the tied scarves in the other part of the box.

How to prepare for the scarf trick. You need to prepare four thin, light and not large scarves. Two scarves of one color and two scarves of a different color. Glue or take a finished box with lids on both sides; the pattern on the box should be symmetrical so that the viewer does not notice that the box has been turned over. We do not recommend using a plain box; a colorful, bright box distracts the viewer’s attention from the magician’s main passes. Inside the box place a cardboard ring or square that moves freely around it, black.

Before performing the trick, two scarves are placed in the box, the partition will cover them, and everyone will think that the box is empty. When the box is turned over, the partition will go down and cover the knitted scarves, and the scarves untied and placed in it in advance will be on top.

Trick with ropes. The magician has three cords in his hands different colors, they are the same length, let's say red, blue and green. The laces hang loosely on the hand, then the performer ties the ends of each lace, closing them into a ring. The magician must accompany each movement with magical waves of his arms, making mysterious passes. He puts the cords on his left hand, then removes one lace, followed by a second and a third. How are the cords connected into a chain?

What you need for a trick with cords. Three pieces of cord of different colors, the same length, 80cm each and 4-5cm thick. Cut one of the cords, moving 15cm from the edge, and sew in a regular button, like for clothes. Fasten the cord to the button. Then tie the ends of this cord.

The secret of focus. When a magician puts the cords on his hand, he observes the order. The first one ties it up, puts on a cord with a button, and puts the other two on his hand so that they are on the button. Here sleight of hand is demonstrated, and the magician quietly unfastens the button, throws a special cord over two others and fastens the button. Then, taking any ring, he removes them all in a chain.

So that the audience does not notice the movements of the magician, he must make magical movements with his hands, rotate around himself and thereby distract the viewer. In addition, you can pronounce various short phrases.
