Practiced alone, the techniques offered here allow a woman to have a healing effect on her body and have experiences that far exceed a regular orgasm, and when practiced in pairs, especially with a partner who also practices parallel, male, methods of “Seminal Kung Fu,” to rise to such sexual heights experiences like the “Valley Orgasm”, which can turn their entire life into a continuous ecstasy of unity with each other and with the Cosmos.

TEACHER MANTAK JIA

Master Mantak Jia is the creator of the system known as the Healing Tao and the founder and director of the Healing Tao Center in New York. Since childhood, he studied the Taoist way of life and mastered other teachings. As a result of his careful study of Taoism and the addition of knowledge from various other systems, he developed the “System of Healing Tao”, which is now taught in many cities in the United States, Canada and Europe.

Teacher Jia was born in 1944 to Chinese parents. When he was six years old, he learned from Buddhist monks the meditation of "sitting and stilling the mind." When he was in high school, he was first introduced to Eastern martial arts and then studied Tai Chi Chuan with Master Liu, who soon introduced him to Aikido, Yoga, and even more Tai Chi.

Later, when Mantak Chia was a student in Hong Kong, excelling in athletics, his senior friend Chen Hsueh-hsue introduced him to his life's first "esoteric" teacher, namely the well-known Taoist Master Yi Yen, and he began his study of the Taoist way of life . He learned to transmit life force energy through his hands, learned to circulate energy through the “Microcosmic Orbit” and open the “Six Special Channels”, studied “Fusion of the Five Elements”, “Internal Alchemy”, “Enlightenment of Kan and Li”, “Meeting of Heaven and Earth" and "The Reunion of Man with Heaven". It was Master Yi Yen who “authorized” Mantak Jia to teach and heal.

Mantak and Maniwan Jia

After twenty years, Mantak Jia studied in Singapore with Master Meuji, who taught him Kundalini Yoga and Taoist Yoga, as well as Buddhist Palm techniques. Soon he already knew how to get rid of blockages in the flow of life force energy in his own body, as well as in the bodies of his teacher’s patients.

He later studied with Master Pan Yu, who created a synthesis of the teachings of Taoism, Buddhism and Chak Buddhism, and with Master Cheng Yao-Long, who also created a new system by combining Thai boxing and gongfu. From Teacher Pan Yu, he learned about the exchange of yin and yang energies between a man and a woman, as well as the “Steel Body” technique, which prevents the destruction of the body. From Master Cheng Yao-Long he learned the secret Shaolin "Internal Energy Method", as well as the even more secret "Iron Shirt Methods" called "Bone Marrow Cleansing" and "Tendon Renewal".

Then, in order to better understand the mechanisms behind the work of healing energy, Teacher Jia studied Western medical science and anatomy for two years. Along with this, he also worked for the Gestetner company, a manufacturer of office equipment, and became well versed in the technology of printing and copying machines.

Using his knowledge of the complete system of Taoism as a basis and supplementing it with what he learned from other teachings, Mantak Jia developed the "Healing Tao System" and began to teach other people based on it. Then, to help himself, he trained other teachers and founded the “Natural Healing Center” in Thailand. Five years later, he decided to move to New York to demonstrate his system in the West, and in 1979 he opened the Center for the Healing Tao there. Since then, similar centers have been established in many other places, including Boston, Philadelphia, Denver, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Tucson and Toronto, as well as in Europe in England, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland .

Master Jia leads a quiet life with his son and his wife, Maniwan, who teaches the Five Taoist Elements Nutrition course. He is a gentle, friendly person, always ready to help you. He considers himself first and foremost a teacher. When writing his books, he uses a computer and word processing programs; he is equally familiar with the most modern computer technologies and with various esoteric philosophies.

As of this writing, he has published five books: Awakening Healing Energy through the Tao, Enhancing Male Sexual Energy, Taoist Ways to Transform Stress into Vitality, Self-Chi Massage: The Taoist Way of Rejuvenation, and Iron Shirt Qigong.

MANIVAN JIA

Maniwan Jia was born and spent her childhood in Hong Kong. Then she and her parents moved to Thailand, where she graduated from school and studied at the university, receiving a bachelor's degree in medicine. Since childhood, Ms. Jia has been interested in nutrition and, with the help of her mother, studied Chinese methods of preparing healthy foods. After her marriage, she studied the Healing Tao System and currently helps her husband teach classes and manage the Healing Tao Center.

On the last pages of this book the reader will find descriptions of the courses and practical training offered at our Healing Tao centers. This material is also a comprehensive description of the entire system of Taoism. All my books are components of this Taoist view of the world. Thus, each of my books shows one of the important parts of this system. Each outlines methods of healing and life empowerment that, if desired, can be studied and practiced independently. Each of these methods, however, involves other people and is best practiced with other students.

The basis of all practices of the Taoist system, the Microcosmic Orbit meditation is a way of circulating chi energy through the channels of the body. It is described in my book, Awakening Healing Energy Through the Tao. This practice is followed by the Inner Smile and Six Healing Sounds meditations described in my book Taoist Ways to Transform Stress into Vitality. These three practices are widely used in the Taoist system, and mastering them is a very important condition for the successful practice of Healing Love.

As you absorb the information provided in this book and become aware of concepts and concepts missing from Western thought, you will deepen your understanding of the relevance of these practices to your physical, emotional, and spiritual development.

A little about precautions. This book does not make any diagnoses or suggest treatments. It provides the means to improve your health, eliminate imbalances in your system, and provide rich sexual experiences. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, or general debility should progress through these practices very slowly, and be especially careful with Ovarian Breathing. In case of any illness, you should consult your doctor.

1. TAOIST UNDERSTANDING OF WOMAN’S QI ENERGY

A. HOW ENERGY IS USED

Taoist sages look at their own energy from some general positions. In a day, for example, a young healthy person earns one hundred percent of the energy he needs from food, rest and exercise, and spends approximately sixty to seventy percent on his daily needs - for work, for food, for digestion of food, for breathing, for walking and the like. This one hundred percent energy can be thought of as one hundred energy credits, similar to bank loans. But as a man grows old, he gradually earns less and less, although his body requires the same expenses; it begins to exceed its credit by withdrawing energy from the vital organs - kidneys, liver, spleen, lungs, heart and pancreas - as well as from various glands and finally from the brain.

But as a man grows old, he gradually earns less and less, although his body requires the same expenses; it begins to exceed its credit by withdrawing energy from the vital organs - kidneys, liver, spleen, lungs, heart and pancreas - as well as from various glands and finally from the brain.

Taoism explains that the main loss of energy in a man occurs during ejaculation, while the main loss of energy in a woman occurs not during sexual intercourse, but during menstruation. If a young, healthy woman continues to go about her daily activities during this time, this will cause some additional energy loss. If we assume that a woman begins menstruating at the age of twelve, and the menopause begins at the age of fifty, then she can have from three hundred to five hundred menstrual periods in her entire life. Each month, the ovaries produce an egg that contains extremely high quality creative energy. A significant part of the energy is also spent on the production of necessary hormones, as well as on the production of the lining of the uterus, which is the “nest” for the fertilized egg. Considering the huge population of the globe, we cannot afford to have many children - we can allow the birth of one or two children. This means that we use one or two eggs. All other energy-filled eggs are destroyed. This takes from thirty to forty percent of a woman’s daily energy expenditure. If this energy is allowed to constantly pour out, the woman will lose thirty to forty percent of her life force energy. There is, however, a way to transform this energy into vital energy for the body's organs, glands, brain, bone marrow, as well as spiritual energy.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

The methods of the so-called “Ovarian Kung Fu” outlined in this book allow a woman to preserve and increase her sexual energy and transform it into more advanced forms that can have a healing and revitalizing effect on all the vital organs and glands of the body.

The techniques offered here allow a woman to have a healing effect on her body, maintain and strengthen her health, and have experiences that far exceed the usual orgasm, which can turn the life of partners into a continuous ecstasy of unity with each other and the Cosmos.

By practicing sexual gongfu, you will become healthier, happier, more attractive not only to men, but to people in general. And the highest level is the purification and transformation of one’s sexual, emotional and mental energies into subtle spiritual energy and into a spiritual body that can move freely anywhere in time and space.
