Explanatory note

The methodological development we have proposed is a new pedagogical game technology that allows you to solve the problems of almost everyone. educational areas, and most importantly - to enjoy the game, which also corresponds to the Federal State Educational Standard for Education, which is based on the fundamental principles: supporting the diversity of childhood, preserving the uniqueness and intrinsic value of childhood.

Quest is absolutely new form both educational and entertainment programs, which allows preschoolers to be completely immersed in what is happening.

Quest(quaestor) – from Latin word q u a e r o- I am searching, searching, conducting an investigation. Technology quest developed by Professor at the University of San Diego (USA) Dodge Burney in 1995 as a way to organize search activities in educational process. It is an adventure game in which participants must solve certain problems to advance the story and achieve a specific goal.

And in quests there are, in our opinion, very important property– they provide participants with relaxation, relieve nervous stress, promote switching attention and help resolve conflicts.

The gaming technology we offer is based on methodological recommendations TRIZ authors; methods of “stimulating a child’s imagination” by Gianni Rodari, author of the book “Grammar of Fantasy”, methods of working with fairy tales by L.B. Fesyukova, teacher, author of the book “Education with a Fairy Tale”.

Venue: municipal budgetary preschool educational institution kindergarten No. 89 of the city of Penza “Solnechny Ray”


Target: increasing interest in books among preschool children, increasing reading activity and competence of parents of preschool children.

Tasks:

    expand the literary experience of children, form ideas about the laws of the genre of Russian folk tales ;

    teach teamwork through games;

    develop cognitive activity, the ability to think and draw independent conclusions.

Integration by areas of development: physical development child, cognitive development, social and communicative development, speech development child.

Integration by type of activity: motor, play, cognitive, speech.

Conditions and features of implementation: efficiency of implementation of the proposed methodological development possible subject to development active position child, therefore work should be organized taking into account minimal regulation of children’s behavior and the presence of examples of creative behavior.

Expected result:

    positive dynamics in the number of preschool children showing interest in reading;

    positive dynamics of reading competence of parents of pupils;

    strengthening the tradition of kindergarten in creative work with parents.

Experience in organizing such quests can be used by teachers and specialists preschool institutions, teachers additional education, parents for organizing leisure time and celebrating holidays.

Methodological advice for carrying out.

Before the quest it is assumed preliminary work: for a month, both in a group and at home with parents, re-read Russian folk tales and watch the tales of M. Rowe (recommended list: Appendix 1).

Each team has curator- a parent, teacher, preschool specialist who helps children with reading assignments and communicates with the organizer. The organizer announces the reason why everyone has gathered here, the legend and conditions of the game, reminds about safety precautions and the rules of the game. The organizer can give his phone number to team curators in order to monitor the progress of the route, provide advice on passing stages or completing tasks, etc.

Several teams can participate in the quest. In this case, the teams go through the same stages, but in different sequences, in order to prevent intersections on the route. The teams are given a name. Participants are given identification marks: emblems, badges, ribbons different colors.

Purpose of the quest– collect a keyword that will open doors to Far Away Kingdom. The team receives a route sheet with the stages of completing the game.

At each stage the team is met moderator- a parent, teacher, specialist who offers tasks and monitors their correct completion and gives the participants a puzzle with a letter. If a team finds it difficult to answer or answers incorrectly, the team can use a hint by peeling off the “magic ball” from the envelope. The team has 3 clues in total.

The quest organizer gathers the team in the music room and informs them that they can start the game by holding hands and wishing each other good luck. Only after this does the “Magic Ball” appear on the screen.

The point is that, as a rule, there is a certain goal that can be reached by consistently solving riddles. Each riddle is the key to the next point and the next task. And the tasks can be very different: active, creative, intellectual. Games are built on communication interaction between players. Without communicating with other players it is impossible to achieve individual goals, which stimulates communication and serves in a good way to unite the players. Immersion in the atmosphere of the game would be incomplete without unexpected encounters. A quest is an adventure game that requires the player to solve mental problems to advance through the plot, and implies the activity of each participant. This is a game that simultaneously uses the participants' intellect, their physical abilities and imagination. In the game you need to be resourceful, train own memory and attentiveness, to show ingenuity and intelligence. Quests help to establish successful interaction in a team, to experience and form mutual assistance, division of responsibilities and interchangeability, and, if necessary, learn to mobilize without panic and very quickly solve non-standard problems that ordinary life participants were unlikely to encounter. Every game for children necessarily combines elements of education and relaxation.
