19.06.2019

Ekaterina Guseva
Dramatization of K. Chukovsky’s fairy tale “Moidodyr” for the Holiday of Purity

Characters: Moidodyr, Boy, Blanket, Sheet, Pillow, Washcloth1, Washcloth 2, Washcloth 3, Brush 1, Brush 2, Brush 3, Brush 4, Soap, Candle, Book, Towel, Crocodile, Iron, Samovar, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Comb, Plate. + dancing, singing all together.

"Slob"

Room. Mess. Things are scattered throughout the area. (Iron, Samovar, Plate, Candle, Book are placed on the stage sitting, lying, standing). The boy is engaged in various activities, not paying attention to others. (Jumps rope, plays ball, plays games, paints, gets dirty. After games, throws things around the stage.) Stretches, lies down on the bench/bed to sleep. Sitting on the other side of the stage Moidodyr(on a chair, periodically looking at the boy, shakes his head and sighs. It’s dark. Night. Everyone is sleeping. Moidodyr is sleeping. The child is lying on the bed. A dim light falls on him.

Scene 2. "Riot of Things"

Suddenly, not far from the bed, a blanket slowly rises. /light falls on the Blanket/ On tiptoe it begins to move towards the curtain, touching the Sheet. Suddenly the Sheet grabs the Blanket by the leg and asks with gestures what is happening. The blanket shows that everything is tired, that it leaves and calls the Sheet with it. The sheet rises and goes away along with the Blanket. Everything that is happening is observed by the Pillow / illuminated by the Pillow /. After thinking for a moment, the Pillow jumps up and tries to jump to the exit, stumbles, falls with a crash and wakes up the Boy.

Scene 3. "Horror"

/The light turns on completely/ The boy jumps up and quickly looks around him. Sees that things (Iron, Samovar, Plate) scatter. Tries to grab the Candle, the Book. (The child playing the role of the Candle stood motionless, but after the boy approached her, he ran away from him. The same thing with the Book.) Various things run out (children) and they circle around the Boy and dance. At the end of the dance, they run to the corners, hide, and peek. Moidodyr wakes up from all the noise and turns to the Boy.

Boy:

God, God,

What's happened?

From what

Everything is all around

It started spinning

Dizzy

And the wheel went off?

Moidodyr:

"Oh you ugly one, oh you dirty one,

Unwashed pig!

(The boy spins around himself, looks at his hands, shrugs)

You're blacker chimney sweep

Admire yourself:

There's polish on your neck,

There's a blot under your nose,

You have such hands

That even the trousers ran away,

Even pants, even pants

They ran away from you.

Scene 4 "Sentencing"

Three Sponges enter the stage and approach Moidodyru. The boy gets scared, not understanding who came to him.

Washcloths: Washcloth 1 (instructive):

He is the Great Laver,

Famous Moidodyr,

Umybasnikov Head

And washcloths Commander!

Washcloth 2 (threatening):

If he stamps his foot,

There's a crowd in this room

The washbasins will fly in,

And they will bark and howl,

And their feet will knock,

Washcloth 3 (joyfully):

And a headache for you,

To the unwashed, they will give -

Straight to the Moika

Straight to Moika

They'll plunge their heads in!"

Moidodyr hits the copper basin and screams:

"Kara-baras!"

Scene 5 "Massacre"

They come running Soap, Towel, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Comb, 4 Brushes. The brushes circle around the boy, washing him. The others sing along words:

"My, my chimney sweep

Purely, purely, purely, purely!

It will be, it will be chimney sweep

Clean, clean, clean, clean!"

Scene 6 "The escape"

Soap, Towel, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Comb join the Brushes and dance around the boy. The boy looks for a way out, then bends down and runs through the round dance. He runs away and stops to catch his breath at the bench.

Scene 7 "Neighbour"

(At this time in the house Moidodyr returned to his original place. Brushes, Soap, Towel, etc. are sitting next to him.) It turned out that a Crocodile was sitting on a bench, reading a newspaper. The crocodile, noticing someone approaching from the right out of the corner of his eye, puts away the newspaper, turns to the boy and gets scared (jumps up from the bench). Realizing that it was his friend standing there, he calmed down and said in a menacing voice. speaks:

"Go home now,

Wash your face,

And not how I’ll fly,

I’ll trample and swallow!”

(The boy gets scared, turns around and runs back)

Scene 8 "Repentance"

Runs around the stage several circles and resorts to Moidodyru. (Moidodyr sits on his same place) and asks for help. Throws himself to his knees. Moidodyr invites his assistants to decide for themselves. Brushes, towels, etc. help. During the dance, the Boy is brought to the middle of the stage. They lead a round dance, wash the Boy, and comb his hair.

Moidodyr approaches the Boy and speaks:

"Now I love you,

Now I praise you!

Finally you, dirty little thing,

Moidodyr pleased!"

Scene 9 "Healing"

All things (children) stand in a semicircle Moidodyr and the boy in the middle. In chorus pronounce:

I need to wash my face

In the mornings and evenings,

A unclean chimney sweeps -

Shame and disgrace!

Shame and disgrace!

Long live scented soap, says Soap

And the towel is fluffy, says Towel

And tooth powder, says Toothpaste

And a thick comb! - says Comb

Boy:

Let's wash, splash,

Swim, dive, tumble

In the tub, in the trough, in the tub,

In the river, in the stream, in the ocean, -

And in the bath, and in the bathhouse,

In chorus:

Anytime and anywhere -

Eternal glory to the water!

“If I stamp my foot, I will call my soldiers...”, we are sure, and now your mother’s voice rings in your ears, reading these lines in a deliberately stern, slightly modified “Moidodyr” voice. The immortal classic for children from Korney Chukovsky is a laughter that will sound forever. Already a generation has rejoiced, been sad, been frightened and surprised along with the heroes of his books. The menacing but charming “chief of washbasins and washcloths commander” became the hero of both wonderfully made cartoons and numerous theatrical productions. Hand on heart, we admit: the washbasin as a piece of furniture is already slowly moving into the category of antiques, but the lines “Suddenly from my mother’s bedroom...” make listeners of all ages look around anxiously... what if?

So, the Moscow Puppet Theater again returns to the audience a real masterpiece - the play The Famous Moidodyr. Everything will be here: crazy washcloths, and incredibly impressive Totosha and Kokosha, accompanied by their father, decorously walking along the streets of Leningrad, which will never become St. Petersburg. The “retro” atmosphere is truly preserved and conveyed. The boy is fleeing from the soap and washcloths that are overtaking him so desperately that you simply cannot watch it without laughing: a real hymn to cleanliness and neatness, strict, but so funny! This does not require pedagogical experiments and social research: after getting acquainted with Moidodyr, your children will actually become friends with a toothbrush, “and tooth powder, and a thick comb,” without any reminders.

Bright and colorful decorations, self made dolls are incredibly touching, made with great taste and will not leave anyone indifferent. Both adult viewers and the youngest will have incredible viewing pleasure! About purchasing tickets for puppet show The famous Moidodyr is worth worrying about in advance.

Puppet Theater at the play "Cinderella". Although Yuri Utkin’s production was reminiscent of the 1947 film based on the script by Evgeniy Schwartz, it surprised us with its novelty. I thought that the seats in the center in the sixth row were not the most convenient for viewing, but they turned out to be best places, because heroes passed in front of us several times, and video projections appeared on the ceiling. At such moments it seemed that auditorium here and now, and a real fairy tale and you can feel it, you just have to stretch out your hand. Interest was maintained by special effects, bright costumes, and a “live orchestra.” But most of all I was delighted by the scenery, from the darkness of which a dial emerged, forged gates turned into wings, and the birds and pegasus painted on the walls came to life. I especially liked the scene when the clock struck midnight - gears started turning, characters flashed, voices replaced each other, in a word - magic. In the second part, the dream world of Cinderella and the Prince looked magical, thanks to the machinery and lighting effects. And there were many more moments, seeing which I thought: “However, how unusual this is.” My daughter liked the dolls, especially the Fairy Godmother with a long train. Almost all the heroes were played by two dolls - a three-dimensional one and a flat one. Cinderella was played by two three-dimensional dolls - one larger, the second smaller, due to this the heroine visually moved closer or further away. The dolls' outfits and hairstyles are identical to the actors' outfits and hairstyles. All the dolls except the Prince and Cinderella convey the character of the heroes, for example, the Stepmother’s dress with sharp corners emphasizes her bad temper, the Forester is depicted in the form of a gun, the dessert lover Marianne is simply enormous, and for some reason the King has a pear-shaped head. More than others, the Fairy and her Page evoked a smile, who is by no means a boy, but rather a rocker and romantic feelings between them (I didn’t understand the meaning of such relationships in children's play ). We were at the Moscow Puppet Theater for the second time, we came an hour before the start of the performance, because there are a lot of interesting things here. We met at the cloakroom manager Buzya, previously we had only seen Motya, and there was also Elsa and Kisa. We looked at the dolls in the lobby and the museum, and looked into the buffet and mini-shop. And after the performance they shared their impressions in the guest book.","idContact":"82A19180EB8E5182E0504B5E01F501D3","likeIndex":0,"amountBonuses":0,"serviceName":"Cinderella","serviceDate":1553514905000,"eventId":null ,"sourceType":null,"photoPath":"17/349674.jpg","linkCompany":"mosteatrkukol","link":"zolushka70","companyName":"Moscow Puppet Theater"),"regionId": "04F614AAFE674B7AE040007F0100640C","regionName":"Moscow","schoolProgram":false,"premiere":false,"cashbackPercent":0.0,"serviceDescriptionLight":"","serviceCommentsCntType":5),("id":" 8497999484A00BCFE0504B5E01F5262E","idCompany":"A88F2473BCD13D61E040115529B0081A","longCompanyName":"Moscow Puppet Theater","companyName":"Moscow Puppet Theater","shortCompanyName":"Moscow Puppet Theater","company Type":"Puppet theater", "companySite":null,"idPos":"AE8800D302D2D05EE040115529B02D15","pos":"Small Hall","startDate":1556956800000,"endDate":1556960400000,"idService":"130F8C4681005460E05 04B5E01F5284C","serviceName":"Thumbelina" ,"serviceType":"Children's Performance","serviceShortDescription":null,"serviceDescription":null,"serviceDuration":3600000,"serviceAuthor":null,"serviceArt":null,"serviceActors":null,"availableTicketCount": 53,"minPrice":500,"maxPrice":1200.0,"minDiscountPrice":0,"maxDiscountPrice":0.0,"idCity":"ED4DB1FEE7CF31E0E030007F01007315","city":"Moscow","companyAddress":"Moscow, Spartakovskaya st., 26/30","posAddress":"Moscow, Spartakovskaya st., 26/30","twit":null,"photoPath":"21/432580.jpg","videoPath":"http:/ /www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFBYg4e2TFw","ageFrom":6,"placesCnt":81,"avgPrice":"867","serviceLikesSum":"260","servicePriceIndex":"3", "serviceLikeIndex":5,"placeIndex":"1","linkCompany":"mosteatrkukol","link":"duiomovochka25","idDiscount":"F7B4C35A8F6B6421E0404B5E01F54336","discountName":"Two for the price of one"," idServiceGroup":57,"promo":false,"latitude":55.772659,"longitude":37.677759,"availableDiscountTicketCount":0,"purchasedTicketCount":7,"guru":true,"serviceTickedSold":72,"descriptionExpert" :null,"serviceCommentsCnt":0,"serviceActorsCnt":1,"servicePhotoCnt":2,"photos":[("id":"84E7BAB9AB5D7571E0504B5E01F57AFA","type":"BASE","description":"Thumbelina" ,"path":"21/432579.jpg"),("id":"84E7BAB9AB5E7571E0504B5E01F57AFA","type":"MAIN","description":"Thumbelina","path":"21/432580.jpg" )],"serviceTypeId":57,"organizationType":("id":1843,"name":"Theatres","path":"theater","idOrganizationType":1843),"contactId":"EC364215834A2A90E0404B5E01F53725" ,"serviceSameActorCnt":0,"type":"afisha","audioUrl":null,"audioReviewUrl":null,"autoPlay":false,"comment":null,"regionId":"04F614AAFE674B7AE040007F0100640C","regionName" :"Moscow","schoolProgram":false,"premiere":false,"cashbackPercent":0. 0,"serviceDescriptionLight":"","serviceCommentsCntType":5),("id":"8488EFA206F8D997E0504B5E01F55CC0","idCompany":"A88F2473BCD13D61E040115529B0081A","longCompanyName":"Moscow Puppet Theater","companyName":" Moscow theater puppets","shortCompanyName":"Moscow Puppet Theater","companyType":"Puppet Theater","companySite":null,"idPos":"188B1448F2573AA2E0504B5E01F53EE5","pos":"Big Hall","startDate":1556956800000 ,"endDate":1556960400000,"idService":"061660303959E93FE0504B5E01F52208","serviceName":"The famous Moidodyr","serviceType":"Children's Performance","serviceShortDescription":"Staging of K. What is Moidodyr famous for?

The fact that everyone is dirty, slobs and lazy people will be washed by force! He will call on brushes and washcloths to help him - and let’s rub his dirty nose and sides!

So it’s better to respect Moidodyr, not fight with cleanliness and wash yourself voluntarily! Moreover, the water in the bathroom is warm and gentle, and the soap foam is fragrant and gentle, and being clean is much more pleasant than walking around unwashed.

They don’t like unkempt children, neither their clothes nor their blanket and pillows. Well, how will they take it and run away one day to the ends of the world from the sluts? Then the dirty ones will grieve. No, it’s better to love cleanliness from childhood!

MOIDODYR

mini-opera

based on the composer's libretto

Expensiveboys and girls!

We are very glad that you came to our theater - to see a real, albeit small, opera by composer Efrem Podgaets, written based on a fairy tale by Korney Ivanovich Chukovsky. In our theater - in the Natalia Sats Children's Musical Theater - it will be performed for you by real artists and musicians. So everything will be real: music and characters, scenery and costumes, props and makeup. But the most important thing is that at our performance you will become the real spectators.

Dear Parents!

You are absolutely right that you brought your child to the mini-opera “Moidodyr”, because this is the chamber performance in the repertoire of the Children’s musical theater, where you can start getting acquainted with the opera. And, as Natalia Sats said, “than earlier child will come into contact with the world great music, the stronger his connection with her will be.”

“Moidodyr” is the third performance of the Natalia Sats Children’s Musical Theater for the little ones. The first two were “Teremok” and “Cat’s House” by Alexander Kulygin, which have been shown for several seasons in the spectator foyer in a specially created play space, where even a three-year-old viewer is interested and comfortable. Chamber orchestra, located very close to the audience, real artists, colorful scenery and costumes, no blackout (performances take place during the day, in daylight) - all this is done in order to small man, who came to the theater for the first time, could learn what opera is, but at the same time he would feel calm.

We really want your child to make friends with opera at our performance “Moidodyr” and come to our theater again and again!

All theater actors, as well as spectators, came to the performance neat, combed and smart. And suddenly, right as the action had already begun, a child of a very strange appearance entered the hall.

“There’s a blot on your neck, there’s polish under your nose, your hands are so bad that even your trousers, even your trousers, even your trousers have run away from you,” everyone was surprised.

But this did not bother Gryaznulya at all and he expressed his desire to study in theater studio. After thinking carefully, the director decided to play a fairy tale in front of the audience. « Moidodyr» , and Gryaznula got the main role!

And for good reason! Everyone knows about the great educational function of the theater...

“And now the brushes, the brushes began to crackle like rattles.”

“Then the soap jumped up and grabbed my hair.”

“And I ran away from the mad washcloth like from a stick!”

“Suddenly, my good, my beloved Crocodile came towards me. He was walking along the alley with Totosha and Kokosha.” The Dirty Crocodile got scared, washed himself, got dressed and became Clean, so pretty that you can’t even describe it in a fairy tale!

“We must, we must wash ourselves in the mornings and evenings, and shame on unclean chimney sweeps! Shame and disgrace!"

“Then the soap came back, the notebook came back, and the grammar started dancing with arithmetic!” And at the end of the program the washcloths performed their soap show.

The audience was delighted! End performance was marked by the singing of a song about cleanliness by the whole hall.
