Crazy chases, decisive actions, stunts, spectacular martial arts and unreal adrenaline - there is plenty of all this in the seventh part of “The Fast and the Furious”. Like last year's box office hit "The Fault in Our Stars," the film is also an adaptation of a popular youth novel and tells the story of a seriously ill girl, with the only difference being that Alfonso Gomez-Rejon's film examines the problem from the perspective of independent cinema. The plot of this film centers on high school student Greg, who tries to support a classmate suffering from cancer.

I have long been praised for the film Hurry to Love. Just recently watched it!!! I cried my eyes out! A very life-like film! I won’t reveal the whole plot, I’ll just say that the two main characters, completely opposite in character (He is handsome, successful, enjoying the attention of girls, and she is a modest, quiet, homely, old-fashioned girl) fall in love with each other! It was very interesting to follow the development of their relationship, how they overcome all the difficulties and obstacles. Of course, the film is famous, and perhaps you have already watched it... but you can watch such films forever! After all, films make us look at the world with different eyes, thanks to them we reassess our values! Enjoy watching)

Dislike

A terrible atmosphere of alienation and indifference of loved ones is a film about a disintegrating family in which it turns out that little son neither father, nor mother, nor even grandmother needs it.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

Everyone expected it to be a pretty passable film that would simply connect the original and second trilogy." Star Wars" It turned out to be much more complicated - director Gareth Edwards made one of the most emotionally powerful films in this universe. There was not a single Jedi here, and this is what filled the picture with new content: ordinary people forced to flounder in To a distant galaxy and act despite the fact that no miraculous Power will help them at the decisive moment.

Malena

A poignant story about what it's like to be beautiful woman among envious and lustful people. Italy during the Second World War, the magnificent Monica Bellucci and the music of Ennio Morricone.

Hachiko

Hachi: A Dog's Tale, 2008

For a person who does not suffer from sociopathy, tears begin to well up in his eyes just at the mention of the name of the dog, which is waiting for its deceased owner, repeating the same ritual day after day. The American film is a remake of the Japanese film filmed in 1987, “The Story of Hachiko.”

Arrival

A complex intellectual and emotional narrative. If you are able to understand the essence of what is happening and follow the heroine to the end, you will be more than rewarded for your patience.

Where dreams lead

What Dreams May Come, 1998

Visually flawless film tells a story eternal love which knows no boundaries and is not afraid of any obstacles. Robin Williams, who had previously played mostly comedic roles, came to the drama and revealed a new side in it.

Thirteenth floor

The Thirteenth Floor, 1999

This film was released in 1999, a little earlier than The Matrix, and somehow went unnoticed. It does not amaze with special effects, but dives much deeper into the problems of reality and virtuality, and more skillfully leads the plot thread. After watching it, it is impossible to immediately switch to something else. I want to sit and think.

Andrey Rublev

Great painter, praising light and goodness, was born at a time when relations between people made the Earth more like a branch of Hell: Rus' of the 15th century in princely feuds, raids of nomads, in famine and disease. In order to find love for a person among all this, you need to go through a serious path of personal development.

1 Minority Report, 2002 I'd like to start with Steven Spielberg's Minority Report - a triumph - a film that works on our minds and our emotions. It's a thriller and human history, a movie of ideas, is also a detective novel. Steven Spielberg is a master of his craft, working with star Tom Cruise, who perfectly recreates complex human feelings even when the action hero is playing. This is probably one of the best intellectual thrillers I've ever seen. It is precisely for the sake of such films that you want to go to the cinema and watch this action on the big screen. I won’t describe the plot, because... It won't be interesting to watch, but I recommend it to those who like science fiction(Blade Runner, The Matrix).

2 Almost Famous, 2000"Almost Famous" is funny and touching in many places. This is the story of a 15-year-old boy, smart and terrifyingly serious, who is assigned a magazine Rolling Stone, write a review of an aspiring rock band. The magazine has no idea he's 15 years old. Clutching his pencil and laptop computer, the boy calls an old critic for advice as he immerses himself in the experiences that will make and shape him. At the same time, he meets the girls from the groupies, with whom he goes on a tour of America. He gets a truly unforgettable experience adult life, meets interesting people, falls in love and enjoys a life free from prejudice. This film is not just about a boy fan, it is about the time, about the group, about the early 70s. Cameron Crowe practically filmed his autobiography; he really lived through it all.

3 The Man Who Changed Everything, 2011"Moneyball" is a smart, intense and incredibly moving film that is not just about... sports competitions, but about the war between intuition and statistics. The central hero The film is about the general manager (Brad Pitt) of the Oakland baseball team, who, after a bad start to the season, decided to completely change the approach to the game. He meets a young Yale graduate (Jonah Hill) who creates a new statistical analysis, which allows you to select players not by rating, but by the team created by the manager. This is truly a movie about business. None of the individual players have major roles. In this drama everything happens in the mind general director and the guy who created these statistics. They bet against tradition and in favor of numerical analysis. Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill have a couple of really heart-warming scenes in the film that keep you on the edge of your seat. I really liked this film.

4. New York, New York, 2008 The film "Synecdoche, New York" or in Russian "New York, New York" is nothing less than about human life and how it works. Using a neurotic theater director from upstate New York, the film covers every human life how a person copes with it and then fails. This film will touch everyone to the core, because... shows the history of a person from 40 to 80 years. A person is born, tries to fulfill his desires, fails or, on the contrary, everything works out, then dies. This is the story of a theater director who puts on plays and has problems with his wife and daughter, but at the same time he wants them to be part of his life script and do what he would like. As a result, he cannot live the way he wants. After all, the trajectory of life cannot be changed. This is a very sad and difficult film that needs to be watched more than once to understand the depth. It made an indelible impression on me and is one of my favorite films. I would also like to note the magnificent cast - my favorite Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Michelle Williams surprised me with her touching and at the same time strength, etc. I recommend it to everyone.
